WIT Solutions Pty Ltd (ACN 634 805 324) is an Australian company headquartered in Perth, Western Australia, trading as Aizel. References to the “Site” mean aizel.com.au and any subdomains. References to “Services” include Aizel Voice, Aizel Marketing, Aizel Studio, and any related products.
2. Personal information we collect
We collect personal information that you provide directly to us, and information generated through your use of the Site and Services. This may include:
- Contact information: name, business name, email address, phone number, role
- Account and subscription information: billing address, payment method (processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers), subscription tier, industry
- Service-related information: recordings, transcripts, and metadata from calls or content generated through our AI Services (where applicable)
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referrer, and similar information automatically collected when you use the Site
- Communications: records of correspondence with us via email, contact forms, or our Services
3. How we use your information
We use personal information for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate and improve our Services
- To process payments, manage subscriptions and send transactional emails

- Customers’ integrated systems as required to operate the Services (e.g. writing a captured lead into your CRM, where you have configured this integration)
- Law enforcement or government agencies where required by law or to protect our legal rights
- Successor entities in the event of a sale, merger or restructure of our business, subject to confidentiality protections
5. Data hosting and overseas disclosure
Personal information collected through our Services is hosted in Australia (AWS Sydney region) by default. Some service providers we use (for example, Stripe) may process limited information outside Australia in the course of providing payment and infrastructure services. We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients comply with the APPs or are subject to a substantially similar law.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. This includes encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, and you acknowledge that you provide information at your own risk.
7. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy or as required by law. Subscription records are typically retained for 7 years to meet Australian record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.

Under the APPs, you have the right to:

- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time
- Lodge a complaint about how we handle your information
